Help us Sort and Inspect Donations
Every day, The Salvation Army receives hundreds of pounds of donated goods: clothing, furniture, electronics, art, jewelry and more.
We save thousands of pounds of materials from ending up in our landfill by selling what is good to the public at low prices.
Those funds are used to support The Salvation Army's case management programs, employment programs, food pantry and financial assistance program. Items not suitable to sale are recycled.
The Salvation Army turns old clothes into rags and electronics are gathered for reuse or safe disposal. Volunteers assist Salvation Army staff to receive, sort, hang, and barb donated items and assist in making the store an attractive destination for customers.
