The 2026 City of Bloomington Volunteer Network (CBVN) Volunteer Fair will take place Saturday, September 5 from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., at Bloomington City Hall (401 N. Morton Street) in the City Hall Atrium and on the Fernandez Plaza. This free community event is held each year to introduce the public to dozens of local, volunteer-powered organizations and community groups. The fair will be held in conjunction with the Saturday Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market.

CBVN Volunteer Fair Organization Booth Registration
Local organizations can register for a booth at the CBVN Volunteer Fair at bton.in/VFair26
Important Notes:
- This is a family-friendly event and all displays and literature should be in that spirit.
- Only trained service animals are allowed in the City Farmer's Market, on the Fernandez Plaza, and inside City Hall during this event.
- No selling or consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed at any time.
- You will be provided 1 6-ft rectangle table and 2 folding chairs.
- You will be pre-assigned table(s) according to the needs of the event and the limitations of the City Hall Atrium and Fernandez Plaza spaces.
- You are responsible for bringing your own tablecloth and décor items.
- You are responsible for providing all items needed in your space, including display tools, etc.
- There is limited access to power both inside City Hall and on the Fernandez plaza. Please indicate during registration if you will need access to power. All organizations whose booths require power need to bring their own extension cords.
- Wall hangings are NOT PERMITTED
- We highly recommend bringing an activity or candy.
- You will have access to the free City Hall Public Wifi if needed
- Have fun and interact with the community members!
PLEASE NOTE: Organization spaces are limited for this event, and we often have a waiting list. If you register for a vendor space, and end up not being able to attend the CBVN Volunteer Fair, you MUST provide cancellation notice 48 hours in advance, so that another vendor can be contacted. Registered vendors who do not provide a cancellation notice will not be eligible to register again for 1 calendar year.
