It's time to stuff our shelves again for our Mobile Food Pantry. Help us with our important food-raising event. Our pantry serves hundreds of home-bound individuals in Monroe and Owen counties by delivering supplemental groceries to them each month.
We have our Stuff-a-Bus with non-perishable food items event scheduled for Saturday November 16th. We have volunteers collecting food at four Kroger locations from 8 am to 2 pm. We need some volunteers to help with collecting donated food items at certain Kroger locations:South -- 11-2 shift
North -- 8-11 am and 11-2 shift
West -- 11-2 shift
Or help with unloading and sorting the food donations from 2:15 to 4 at Area 10 Agency on Aging, 631 W. Edgewood Dr., Ellettsville.
Many hands make light work. Spend a few hours and make a huge impact on the lives of our senior neighbors!
