Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana is collaborating with Indiana University to host a celebration of survivorship. IU Athletics is providing a pasta bar for lunch, Jiffy Treat will be providing ice cream, there will be music, kids activities, and a resource fair. Additionally, there will be chair massages, and mini reiki sessions available, and a chance to win prizes.
Volunteers are needed for this event to assist with check in and the kids activity/craft station.
Check in needs 2 volunteers for each shift (11:45 - 1:00, and 1:00 - 2:15).
Kids Activity Station needs 2 volunteers for each shift (11:45 - 1:00 pm and 1:00 - 2:15)
Event will be held at IU Memorial Stadium, Tobias Nutrition Center
Day-of Event Instructions for Volunteers
Park near the football stadium in available parking, enter through the South End Zone Entrance. There will be a registration table near the entrance, check in there to be directed to where you will need to be for your volunteer shift
