Location: Green's Bluff Trail Head, 5611 Heddings Rd, Spencer, IN 47460
Spend a summer morning in the woods! Visit the North Loop Trail at Green's Bluff and assist long-time Volunteer Preserve Monitor Andy Thieneman with removing overgrowth from the trail. Volunteers will use hand tools to cut back branches, remove leaves, and conduct other light maintenance tasks to help keep the trail in tip-top shape.
No experience needed, but this is an adults-only volunteer day. Come prepared with close-toed walking shoes and ready to walk on a moderately challenging 2-mile trail with some elevation changes. There will be some moderate physical activity including bending, so bring some water!
