Join us on Saturday June 24th at the Hays Trailhead in the Deam Wilderness as we work alongside Hoosier National Forest Botanist to identify and eradicate invasive plants like Multiflora Rose and Japanese Barberry. It's a lovely 4 mile hike out and back hike on the Hays trail, identifying the invasive plants and eradicating them as we hike. Must be able to hike 4 miles in the woods. Always a good time when we're with kindred spirits, cutting down the invasive plants so that the magical spring wildflowers can emerge.
