Ring in Earth Month by joining TNC staff for a satisfying morning of pulling garlic mustard at our Hitz-Rhodehamel Woods in Brown County.
A quiet gem of the area, this preserve is sure to please any visitor. Garlic mustard flowers in the early spring, and is a prolific spreader. Highly invasive, it’s lucky this plant is so easy to pull. Together, we’ll work to locate, identify, and remove this harmful plant from the area.
This event is very family-friendly, and families with youth of all ages are welcome to attend. All tools provided. Please come prepared with close-toed shoes, long pants, and weather-appropriate layers.
