Help plan the biggest dog party around! This committee is active from January-May and the primary focus is to recruit sponsorships from businesses and individuals. Over 80% of this event's income is sponsor based so it is vital to the overall success. In addition, committee members plan the actual event and carry out all day-of activities. We are also currently looking for individuals to recruit and coordinate vendors for the event as well as product donations for the creation of goodie bags for attendees.
The committee meets once every 3-4 weeks through May and meeting times are based on group availability. However, if you are unable to attend meetings, you can still be an active committee member.
The Dawg Gone Walk & Fiesta has been scheduled for Sunday, May 19, 2024. The Dawg Walk is a fun-filled day where pets and owners alike enjoy contests, games, demonstrations and a ceremonial walk around the beautiful Deer Run Park in Nashville.
