WonderLab is gearing up for our biggest fundraiser of the year, Science Night Out: Choose Your Own Adventure on Thursday, September 9.
Virtual and In-Person Opportunities for Participants and Volunteers
Event-goers can choose from five locations: Bell Trace, Big Woods, Dimension Mill, Oliver Winery, and Scenic View.

Volunteers are needed at each location (except Bell Trace) to help with set up/clean, help with registration, sell raffle tickets (have comfort using a tablet and app), answer questions (e.g., where is the bathroom), and in general create a welcoming, fun vibe.
Staff will orient/train volunteers at the start of the shift.
Dress is casual, but we ask volunteers to wear black on the bottom and white on top to identify them as volunteers.

Big Woods (Quaff On) Bloomington (116 N Grant St, Bloomington, IN 47408) – outside event
- Volunteer shift: 5 – 8:45 p.m.
- Volunteers needed: 4 ( must be 18+ years old)
- Volunteer roles: set up/clean up, registration, raffle sales (tablet and app), assist with raffle
Dimension Mill (642 N Madison St, Bloomington, IN 47404) – probably outside; decision being made ASAP. There will be tacos!
- Volunteer shift: 5:30 – 9 p.m.
- Volunteers needed: 4 (must be 21+ years old)
- Volunteer roles: set up/clean up, registration, raffle sales (tablet and app), assist with raffle
Oliver Winery (200 E Winery Rd, Bloomington, IN 47404) – inside event
- Volunteer shift: 5:30 – 9 p.m.
- Volunteers needed: 3 (must be 21+ years old)
- Volunteer roles: set up/clean up, registration, raffle sales (tablet and app), assist with raffle
Scenic View (4600 State Hwy 446, Bloomington, IN 47401 – out near Lake Monroe) - outside event
- Volunteer shift: 5:15 – 7 p.m.
- Volunteers needed: 1
- Volunteer role: to help direct parking (must be 18+ years old)
