Awards (Drive-In) Celebration

@ Starlite Drive In Movie Theatre

Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we are excited to spend an evening celebrating the achievements of clients, staff, and community members who have overcome challenges, gained new knowledge and skills, shown flexibility and resilience, and increased self-determination and responsibility.

We need volunteers to help make this special event happen!

Volunteer Responsibilities:

1. At event's start: check reservations and direct cars into spaces as well as bring boxed meals to cars.

2. "Bathroom monitors" to make sure we only allow a few people into the bathroom at a time and help people to maintain distance in the line.

3. Roam during the presentation to make sure clients and staff are not "visiting" other cars and maintaining safe distances.

Rain or shine.

This is a drive in event for the participants. But volunteers will be walking around outside rain or shine to keep the event going. So please come prepared.
