Do you love planning events? Do you love chocolate?!
Art of Chocolate Gala is LIFEDesigns biggest fundraiser of the year! We need help planning this event, and volunteers to work the event to make it successful!
We will have a need for people to help with setting up and/or tearing down - Aprox. 15 people. Set up generally starts around lunchtime.
We will need some people to help with the auction and assist the Auctioneer -4 people.
We need Tech-savvy people to help with powerpoint and video projections -4 people.
We will need outgoing people for selling beads and/or masks during the chocolate tasting - 10 people.
All volunteers will be able to eat and participate if they wish in the event. It's really fun and some of the chocolate tasting is amazing!
