Promote fitness and healthy habits
National Fitness Competition from 4-6 p.m. on April 23rd provides members with the opportunity to participate in healthy physical fitness competitions designed to encourage a general state of health and well-being and develop the ability to perform various aspects of sports and recreation. This one-day event allows all members (once broken into groups by age group) to participate in various fitness contests.
Volunteers will run stations and help members record their stats for the day.
