LIFEDesigns is a non-profit that provides services to individuals with disabilities is hosting our first 5K run-walk! We need volunteers to help!!!!

You can also sponsor a client to walk/run in the race as well!! There are several prizes such as 2 airline tickets that will be given at the race and each race entry gets entered to win!
