2019 Sustaining Nature and Your Land Day
MC-IRIS hosts the Sustaining Nature and Your Land Day educational event every year to teach people about to better manage their land for diversity. There are talks and exhibits about invasive plant identification and control, how to use native plants in your landscaping, and much more. There is also the popular Weed Lab, where visitors can bring their worst weed problems and have experts provide advice on how to handle it.
Want to learn how to manage your land for nature? Want to get $5 off native plants for sale by Grow Indiana Natives vendors?
Then join us Saturday, May 18 for SNAYL Day!
We need volunteers to help with set up, take down, and to staff the MC-IRIS table (handing out brochures, directing people to where the talks and other events are).
