Duties: Volunteers are needed to assist with event setup and tear down, as well as manage the welcome table.
Volunteer Ages: 16 and up. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian. Complete our digital waiver.
Please Note: If you are planning to use this opportunity for Pre-Trial Diversion, you MUST complete this background check form and receive approval from our Community Relations Coordinator PRIOR to arriving for your first volunteer shift. Failure to do so will result in your hours not being counted towards your service requirement.

| Inclement Weather Plan: This is an outdoor event. If the weather seems questionable, please plan to arrive for your shift regardless and the on-site supervisor will decide whether or not to proceed. A friendly heads-up that the 50+ Expo is usually very warm. We advise wearing sunscreen, a hat, and bringing a water bottle. The Switchyard Park Pavilion is air conditioned and will be open for cooling if needed. | |
