Stage Manager / House Manager – Volunteer Role
Help make the magic happen! The Stage Manager / House Manager plays a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for both artists and audience members at the Lotus Festival. Volunteers in this position will help coordinate artist arrivals, manage backstage flow, support transitions between sets, and communicate with sound crew and venue staff. You’ll also ensure the audience has a safe and enjoyable experience, assist with seating or crowd flow as needed, and be the friendly face of Lotus at your venue.
Ideal for those with strong communication skills, a cool head under pressure, and a passion for live performance logistics. Experience in stage or venue management is helpful but not required—we’ll provide training and support!
