This team manages festival logistics outside of performance venues—transforming the streets of downtown Bloomington into a safe, welcoming, and visually engaging celebration of global culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with layout planning and setup for outdoor spaces
Coordinating signage, maps, and wayfinding
Managing crowd flow and aesthetics throughout festival zones
Supporting both set-up and tear-down phases of the event
