Baby, it’s cold outside! All high-school-age Monroe County teens are invited to join Monroe County Youth Council as we enjoy hot drinks and pack winter warming kits for our unhoused neighbors in Monroe County. Kits will be distributed by Beacon, an organization in Bloomington dedicated to working with unhoused people.
