Virtual Run for the Animals Sept. 27-Oct. 10

This year, for the first time, Monroe County Humane Association's Run for the Animals is going VIRTUAL!

A Virtual Race is a race you can run at any location, at your pace, outside or on a treadmill, alone or with a group of friends.

This is the 25th Anniversary event - so it only makes sense for this year to be a little special! There are some huge benefits of running a virtual race - you can run it anywhere, anytime you want, as long as you finish between September 27 and October 11!

You don't have to live in Monroe County to compete! And best of all- there are no winners! No times will be submitted, just post pictures on Facebook and Instagram and use #MCHA2020Run so that everyone can see event participants out getting some exercise and supporting MCHA!

You can register your pet too for just $10!  This is open for ALL members of the family! Participants will still get some cool merch, including a bib number, “dog tag” with paw print etched with “MCHA Run for the Animals 2020” on the back, swag from area businesses, instructions for participation, and an RFTA sticker.

To be guaranteed a bib number and tag, please register by September 25. Adults are $30 and youth under 12 are $20. The deadline to register is October 10.
