The Community Justice and Mediation Center (CJAM) is offering a 32-hour training program via Zoom! This training is open to anyone looking to strengthen their leadership and conflict resolution skills or have more productive and meaningful conversations in various settings—whether at work, at home, or in the community. Participants will learn how to use mediation, facilitation, and restorative practice techniques to address challenges and build connections. Through engaging group discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, you’ll work alongside experienced mediators and the other participants to practice tools for better communication, navigating differences, and resolving conflict constructively. Completion of the training qualifies participants to become volunteer mediators with CJAM.
