About Us

The Campus Children’s Center provides the Indiana University community with quality year-round early care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years - serving families of IU students, staff, and faculty members.

We have Intergenerational Experience Program to provide young children and seniors to benefit from building strong relationships. We collaborate with the Area 10 Agency's RSVP, the volunteer program for people 55 years old and older.

Our current senior volunteers enjoy reading, playing with, and working on projects with the children in classrooms. And we would love to have more senior volunteers to join us.

What We Do

We are a full day early childhood care and education service and currently have 7 classrooms: 1 infants class, 2 Toddlers. 2 Twos, and 2 preschool rooms.

The goal of Campus Children’s Center is to promote children’s healthy emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth and development by providing a child-centered, active learning environment characterized by highly qualified teachers, low group size, and developmentally focused classrooms. Campus Children’s Center is a model site for professional development and research for faculty, students, and practitioners.
