About Us

The Recovery Engagement Center is a community center that provides recovery classes, recovery coaching, 12-step meetings, volunteer opportunities, computers with internet, a Friday community lunch, and special recovery events. We strive to help those seeking recovery to regain a sense of hope and possibility from their addiction.

What We Do

Volunteer positions are available for all individuals. We have opportunities for front desk, Friday lunch meal prep, coffee-making, inventory coordination, facility cleaning, grounds keeping, work in our community garden and special events. Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and support others who are going through recovery. It is also an opportunity to gain new work experience and skills, and garner references for future job prospects. If you are interested in exploring volunteer opportunities at the REC, stop by the front desk M-F 9-5 or call 812-606-3615 or email jody.chatelain@centerstone.org
