Legal, Safety & Crisis Intervention
The Midwest Pages to Prisoners Project strives to encourage self-education and struggle alongside people who are incarcerated in the United States. We provide free reading material to prisoners in several U.S. states.
**IF YOU ARE INCARCERATED AND WANT TO REQUEST BOOKS, SEE END OF TEXT**
We need regular, dedicated volunteers to respond to letters and fulfill book requests. If you’re interested in volunteering please reach out by calling/texting (812)727-0155 or emailing midwestppp@gmail.com.
Beyond volunteering time, we're always in need of financial donations to cover shipping and packaging costs, as well as donations of new and used books, and other materials.
If you don't live nearby, but would still like to help, consider purchasing a book from the Pages Amazon Wish List. The books on this list are either frequently requested items or are special requests that we have been unable to fill with materials from our existing library. http://a.co/9FcNFlS
If you are incarcerated in: IA, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, or SD and wanna ask for books, mail a letter with your requests to: PO Box 1324 Bloomington, IN 47402
