Last year, sponsors were matched with families to provide gifts for Latino/Hispanic children through the City of Bloomington Holiday Assistance Program. This year, we want to continue the tradition and are seeking donors to make the Holiday Season brighter for families in our community. All participating families are Bloomington residents and have children ranging from age 1 to 16 years old. Family sizes also range from 1 to 6 children in their households.
We’re asking that you please provide gift bags and/or wrapping paper for the gifts. Please include a gift receipt to facilitate exchanges if needed. If you are unable to commit to sponsoring a child this year, you can donate new toys, books and clothing to assist with unsponsored families. The deadline for all donations is Friday, December 7th.
