Both veterans and non-veterans wishing to serve Monroe County's veterans can begin the application process to become a Volunteer Driver by leaving a voice mail for Ken Kellar at 317-225-6126.
Each volunteer will require a valid Indiana Driver’s License and undergo a thorough background investigation conducted by the VA Hospital Voluntary Service office.
