Calling all Fixer-Uppers!
The Shalom Community Center is known for its love and support for Bloomington’s homeless community. But our building needs some love itself! If you are handy and enjoy house projects, you are the perfect volunteer to help keep our beloved shelter in good condition.
These volunteers are a huge help to the Shalom Center, as even projects as simple as repairing a hole in the wall help keep our building safe and comfortable for our people. We are looking for someone who can communicate with our program director 1-2 times a month and keep in touch as repairs are needed.
