This is day on service event for MLK.
Join MC-IRIS in a winter sowing event at Harmony School on January 20 from 1-3 pm. We’ll have native plant seeds, milk jugs, and soil and will help attendees plant their own mini-greenhouses over that two hours. No need for attendees to bring anything, but if you have your own gallon milk jug you can bring it. This event will help MC-IRIS prepare seedlings for the Annual Native Plant Sale taking place in September. You will nurture your seedlings and receive prompts via email during the growing season. Some seedlings you will keep, some will become part of the up-potting for the sale!
