The Banneker Community Center (930 West Seventh Street) will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for families and children between 12 p.m to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 14th.
Co-sponsored by the Black Graduate Student Association at Indiana University Bloomington, the City’s Commission on the Status of Black Males, Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department’s Banneker Community Center, and the Sigma Kappa Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the free event will feature seasonal activities including arts and crafts, cookie decoration, holiday carols, free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a toy giveaway.
