For the day of the festival (June 1), we are seeking volunteers to assist in Camden’s Carnival from noon to 7 p.m. Camden’s Carnival is our family fun area that includes games, inflatables, a touch-a-truck area, & aerial silk performances. We are looking for individuals to take 2-4 hour shifts staffing this area. Volunteers are generally stationed in locations with the shade of a canopy. Free water is provided to all volunteers.
There are also limited opportunities available on our safety team.
For those volunteers who wish to volunteer for 4 hours or more, they will earn a free festival t-shirt.
All volunteers must check-in at the Spencer Pride commUnity center (located at 17 E. Franklin Street on the courthouse square) 15 minutes prior to the start of their shift. At the check-in, they will receive more information about their specific assignment.
No experience is required. Volunteers should dress weather appropriately.
