Companionship Volunteers Needed

SouthernCare Hospice Volunteers provide companionship and support to help our patients and their families cope with end-of-life issues. As a SouthernCare Hospice Volunteer, you would visit with a patient wherever they call home and brighten their day. Volunteers can play card games, work on puzzles, read a book or poem, play an instrument, watch tv or a movie, or participate in conversation and storytelling with our patients. 

Volunteering is flexible and can take place any time of day and any day of the week, whenever works best for your schedule!

We require a background check, drug screening, and TB test.
