Volunteers are still needed to help make our Bald Eagle Driving Tour on January 26 a success!
- 2 or 3 people to help with indoor event logistics and kids’ crafts at Paynetown SRA; time commitment is 12:15 to 3:15 p.m.
- 3 to 6 experienced birders to help staff the tour stops along the shoreline (must be very comfortable with eagle ID, and pretty good at general bird ID – you also need to have your own spotting scope); time commitment is 12:30 to 3 p.m.
If you can help with either of the above, please contact me at jvance@dnr.in.gov ASAP!
