The Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center offers a chance to see free shows by serving as ushers. Ushers are the first people most of our audience members meet face to face. Therefore, we need to provide the best possible service. We want ushers to have a good time meeting the audience with an enduring smile and great spirits. Ushers do not need to be students, or even have any IU connection; all over the age of 16 are welcome to be ushers. No previous experience necessary.
The Drowsy Chaperone is our final theatre production of the 2016-2017 season. It features our own George Pinney in a starring role (onstage this time!). He'll be retiring at the end of this year, so it's a wonderful chance to celebrate his work at IU.
You too can be a part of the magic of the theatre!
