Global Gifts Summer Orientation

Do you want to volunteer somewhere that impacts people all over the globe?? We have an opportunity for you! If you are passionate about other cultures, helping enable impoverished people in the developing world, promoting fair trade, fair wages and environmentalism, then Global Gifts is YOUR place to make a difference! Our store is largely volunteer-run and therefore we could not operate without YOUR help. 

We are searching for volunteers available this fall while we see more shoppers leading up to the holiday season! 

From jewelry and home goods to toys and food items, our store is filled with handmade, one-of-a-kind items benefiting individuals in more than 34 countries around the world. 

Our volunteers provide valuable customer service, assist in-store operations, and help spread the mission of fair trade. Attending volunteer orientation is required before you begin to volunteer. 

Volunteers commit to working two shifts per month for a minimum of three months (shifts are 3-5 hours). More than two shifts a month is advised at first for newer volunteers :) Volunteers only need to be comfortable greeting customers and learning about fair trade. 

All ages are welcome but kiddies under 15 will need an adult present :)
