Check Out & Tear Down Assistants ensure that all artists are checked out in a timely fashion, help the artists break down their booths, assist artists in taking items to their vehicles, maintain a well-organized loading zone, monitor loading zones times, help return fair supplies to the BPP, and ensure that the courthouse grounds are clean and free of debris after load out is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check booth areas to ensure artists are ready for checkout
- Direct artists to checkout
- Assist artists with transportation of supplies to vehicles
- Help with clean up after the event
