New Usher Orientation & Training
The Buskirk-Chumley Theater's next monthly Usher Training and Orientation will be on Tuesday, April 11th at 7pm. The training session will last two hours.
You don't need to bring anything, but please wear comfortable shoes since we will be standing and walking around the theater a lot. During the training session, we will go over a brief background of the theater, the roles of ushers, emergency evacuation procedures, expectations the theater has of ushers, the arrangement of seating sections, and how to sign up to usher, as well as take a tour of the theater.
Minimum age is 18. Teens 15-17 can apply to be an usher by submitting a short essay about why they would like to become a BCT usher.
