The Holiday Market is an opportunity for Club members to 'shop' and have gifts wrapped to take home for family members. Whether that is through time, donations, or connecting me to other people whom you think would be able and willing to participate - we need it all!
DATE: Tuesday, December 15
TIME: Set-Up from 12-3 p.m. and the Market from 3 - 6 p.m.
LOCATION: Ferguson Crestmont Club
Volunteer Positions:
- Set-Up from 12 - 3 p.m. - These volunteers will help set up the Market and lay out items. Set up can happen any time throughout the day, if you only have morning availability.
- Shoppers from 3 - 6 p.m. - These volunteers will help Club members shop for items by determining family member needs and wants and keep them moving - i.e. help them make timely choices :) These folks will also help us keep tables restocked.
- Gift Wrappers from 3:30 - 6:30 - These few volunteers will wrap gifts after members choose them. We will largely be using gift bags.
- Clean-Up from 6 - 7 p.m. - These volunteers will help take closing inventory and store remaining items.

Gift Donations:
We are collecting donations of new and lightly used items for the Market starting Monday, Nov. 16 through Friday, Dec. 4. These items are ones that Club members can choose to gift to family members - from babies to siblings, to parents and grandparents. Donations of gift wrapping and tagging materials would also be appreciated (bags especially!).
I appreciate all that you have done and are doing for our Club members and the Crestmont community. Any way that you can contribute or send others our way is incredibly helpful and appreciated. Feel free to forward this opportunity to friends, family, volunteer groups, etc.
