Each year the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington host a Thanksgiving Dinner for our members and their families across all our sites. This event gives families the opportunities to connect with other Club families, have a hot meal around the holidays, and play a fun game of bingo to win prizes that promote family engagement at home.
The event for our kids will be on Thursday, November 20th from 6:00-8:00pm
Volunteers will assist with setting up for the event, serving dinner, assisting with our games, and cleaning up after the event.
Volunteers for this event should plan on being there from 5:15 PM - 8:15 PM
We can accommodate those who may need to arrive a little later or leave a bit earlier if required.
Set up (5:00-6:00pm)
Dinner (6:00-8:00pm)
Clean up (Should wrap up around 8:15 as the dinner guests usually wrap up closer to 7:30 pm)
