Bloomington Pridefest runs on volunteer power. Festival volunteers do a little bit of everything—before, during, and after the event.
When you sign up to volunteer, you agree to attend one of our volunteer orientation dates. Look for details in your confirmation email.
There are tons of ways to volunteer during Pridefest 2019 happening from 2-11 p.m. on August 31st on Kirkwood Avenue in downtown Bloomington. Opportunities range from being a PRIDE ambassador/greeter to photography to setup and tear down. If you can think of it, we probably have a need for it! Complete the volunteer form, and our volunteer coordinator will be in touch.
All volunteers will receive a limited edition t-shirt, have access to our volunteer lounge the day of the event - stocked with refreshments and treats, and will also receive an invitation to a special post-fest appreciation event.
