Event Description: The paved trail through the woods comes to life with your child's favorite movie, storybook, and fairytale characters!
Duties: Volunteers are needed to be in costume and serve as storybook characters along the Trick or Treat Trail. Not interested in getting into costume? No problem! Volunteers are also needed for event support, helping with setup, teardown, and running activity areas.
Training: Character volunteers must attend a training session prior to volunteering. Two trainings are available on Friday, October 18 at RCA Park, the day before the event; character volunteers must participate in one or the other, either from 11 a.m.–noon or from 4–5 p.m. All other volunteers receive on-site training the day of the event.
Age of Volunteers: 16 yrs and up.
Volunteers under the age of 18 must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian and must bring it with them when they arrive for their shift. Click here to download the waiver.
