Description

Participants will assist our Urban Forestry staff in planting trees, getting hands-on experience while celebrating Arbor Day! Gloves and shovels are provided. Meet at the red barn in Rogers Family Park.

Duties: Volunteers are needed to assist with planting trees. Please wear long pants and sturdy shoes; gloves and other tools will be provided.  

Training: On-site training provided.  

Age of Volunteers: 16 and up. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have an Underage Waiver of Liability signed by a parent or guardian. Complete our digital waiver.

Please Note: If you are planning to use this opportunity for Pre-Trial Diversion, you MUST complete this background check form and receive approval from our Community Relations Coordinator PRIOR to arriving for your first volunteer shift. Failure to do so will result in your hours not being counted towards your service requirement.
