Elara Caring, one of the nation’s largest providers of home-based care, is looking for compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional end-of-life care to local hospice patients and their families.
We are looking for individuals and groups to donate items for patients. Do you have unused cards to repurpose? Please donate them to brighten someone's day!
Can you craft? We are looking for donations of holiday or birthday cards that can be given to our Hospice patients.
Can you knit or sew? Our patients could use any of the following: lap blankets, neck pillows, adult bibs, wheelchair or walker caddies. We also make memory bears for our bereaved families, and we could use your assistance sewing these keepsakes.
