Sherry and Tim Schmidt are mother and son owners of the house with the dream of renovating it to provide space for community programs such as art therapy, healthy growing of food, programs for healthier environment, services to support recovery from addiction and other trauma. the house will also serve as a housing for visitors to the area, particularly artists in residence.
