Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) empowers families by providing educational excellence to young children with visual impairments in order to build a strong foundation for reaching their highest potential.
What We Do
VIPS provides ongoing early intervention services to Indiana’s youngest children with blindness/low vision. Along with specialized home visits, VIPS provides comprehensive parent support through educational tools, quarterly parent trainings, a sharing of resources, a parent newsletter, and offers an accessible network for families.
