Bloomington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Provides 24-hour skilled nursing as well as rehabilitation services. Encourages psychosocial well-being by caring staff aimed at restoring health and enhancing quality of life for residents.

Bloomington Nursing and Rehab is a small, for-profit, 38 bed nursing facility with an in house physical and occupational therapy department, full time nursing staff, social services, and activities departments. We have many admits from the young adult population as well as senior citizens.

We are a small nursing and rehabilitation center located in the town of Bloomington Indiana. We offer short term and long term stays for those in need of assistance managing their daily lives while recovering from surgery or accidents. We also assist people with many needs pertaining to long term health care. The activities department is always seeking compassionate volunteers to spend time with our residents as well as assist the activity director in planned outings, crafts, games, and other activities on and off the facility property. We also need escorts to volunteer to assist on bus trips to lunch dates, shopping, and relaxing drives.
