About Us

The Quilt, first displayed in 1987, is made up of more than 49,000 panels created by friends, partners and family members to transform their loss into hope and healing. The stories told through these panels has become an effective tool to educate and inspire individuals to take responsibility of their own health as well as their family, friends, and community. We are looking for volunteers to help greet, read names, and assist with other tasks.
