Our goals are to: Reduce the intake and euthanasia of feral and community cats at Bloomington’s Animal Shelter. Stop the unnecessary killing of community cats. Educate and promote alternatives to euthanasia with Trap-Neuter-Return and humane care of community cats.

We Trap, Neuter and Return (TNR) community cats in the Bloomington area. The cats are trapped humanely, transported to a veterinarian to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and ear-tipped. The cats are returned to their original location as a managed colony with a caregiver who provides food, water and shelter daily.
