Thank you for being a part of an incredible Summer of Service in Bloomington.
You have shown that youth can have a real impact on our community. As a group, we had a goal of 1,000 service hours. We underestimated you! Your group of 88 high school students registered and reported 3,944 hours of service between May 30 and August 8. Using the value of volunteer time as calculated by The Independent Sector ($23.38/hr) – those hours equal a value of $92,211 in your time contributed back to the community. That’s a lot of impact!

**If you volunteered hours at Wonderlab Museum this summer – either as a museum volunteer or as a Wondercamp Intern – your hours were entered using monthly totals as reported by Wonderlab.
