Volunteer: Delivery Drivers

Pantry 279 offers grocery delivery to our homebound clients in Monroe, Owen, Greene & Lawrence Counties on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Currently we are sending out around 160 deliveries a week! We appreciate any and all drivers that would like to Volunteer. This is a very important program as it serves the elderly, ill, disabled and clients that do not have the ability to make it in to Pantry,

A vehicle is required for this.  A driver can take 5-10 deliveries, We can arrange the amount of deliveries and area based on the day you choose.  We do need a FIRM commitment, as these families desperately count on getting this food.

If you can please commit to either 1 day a week or a month so we can schedule your route accordingly.  We will also attempt to make it close to your location to save gas.  For questions or to sign up, please Email pantry279@yahoo.com or call 812 606-1524.
