Volunteer: Provide & assemble hygiene Kits for those in need!Volunteer offsite by assembling hygiene kits of various items for Wheeler Mission--Bloomington guests! Each kit can have a variation of hygiene products. These kits can include, razors, shaving cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, comb, etc. Kits can be placed in gallon plastic bags, mesh bags, drawstring backpacks, or other shower bags.
Donated hygiene items/bags can be dropped off at Wheeler Mission--Bloomington's Center for Men (215 S. Westplex Ave., Bloomington, IN 47404) between 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 6 pm on weekends.

Volunteer: Barbers/StylistsWe all know how a good haircut makes us feel - clean, confident, and professional! Barbers/Stylists are needed to put their learned skills of hair cutting and styling to use at Wheeler Mission--Bloomington's Center For Men. For this shift, we will create a sign-up sheet prior to your scheduled arrival, and you will come with all the supplies to cut hair for the men residing at our Westplex Avenue campus in the near west side of Bloomington. Depending on the duration of your stay and your speed you could cut between 5-20 heads during your shift. We are open to most days and times and are happy to work around your availability.
