Futures Family Planning Clinic

The Futures Family Planning Clinic provides family planning health services for adolescents and adults. Birth control counseling and supplies available on the sliding fee schedule include pills, shots, patch, diaphragm, vaginal ring, subdermal implant (Nexplanon), and IUD (intrauterine device).  

• Services are offered regardless of ability to pay.
• *Insurance and Medicaid are accepted.*

Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are accepted ONLY if an appointment time is available.

NOTE:  A Spanish-speaking medical interpreter is available by appointment only.

Services Offered

• Exams including pap, breast exam, pelvic exam
• Pregnancy counseling, testing, and referral
• Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, including HIV testing, gonorrhea, and chlamydia
• Emergency contraception (Plan B)
• Health education
• Birth control counseling and supplies including pills, shot, patch, diaphragm, vaginal ring, subdermal implant (Nexplanon), and IUD (available on a sliding fee schedule)
• Condoms provided at no charge
